Hello, i must say this is an amazing game. and me and my friends are going to love playing it
ReplyDeleteLooks really good. I had a few moments of confusion with some things, such as whether or not a weapon comes free with the Named Weapon trait and what the advantages/disadvantages of paired weapons are. Overall there are some parts which can be a little ambiguous at times, but it's a solid ruleset that I've had fun playing around with and would like to try playing games with.
ReplyDeleteDoes the weapon come free or no?
DeleteJust want to say thanks for sending me and my friends on an absolutely fantastic adventure. This has been some of the most fun I have ever had, period.
ReplyDeleteMe and a handful of friends have been using this system for almost a year now. We're going to have a HUGE document for you detailing aspects that we've come across. All in all, this is my absolute favorite fan-made system of ANYTHING ever! You've put so much love and care into this game, and it really shows. Good job, man!
ReplyDeleteHello, I just came to say thank you. This system is amazing, and considering the few people working on this it is fabulous. Truly inspiring. If there is anything that I can do, please let me know. I would love to help.
ReplyDeleteThe Core Rulebook still refers to Big Guns and Small Guns, which are referred to as Battle Saddles and Firearms in the latest Character Sheet
ReplyDeleteI'd rather the system go with how it is in Fallout 3, Big and Small guns. I don't think battle saddles should be its own skill, it seems needlessly restrictive to me.
DeleteOH Sweet... 1.23 I didn't even see you post about the new version on your blog post, just double checked the download link and saw it and was like "When did this come out?" I figure it was May 27, 2015 according to the link. I have thus informed my players!
ReplyDeleteOh... you have the Universal Create-Your-Own-Monster
DeleteStat Sheets links flipped. The .pub link leads to the .pdf, and the .pdf leads to the .pub file.
apparently the cattle prog is an evil pony's leash on any party member with power armor, so in the case of 3 good steel rangers and a not good slaver member with a cattle prog means that that one guy can burn down villages and the other members can do absolutely nothing since he already shut down their spell matrix system
ReplyDeleteBurninating the countryside,
DeleteBurninating the peasants,
Burninating all the peoples.
Approximately when does Part Two come out? Not long ago I downloaded the first part under the assumption that when it said complete, it meant that it had chapters 8 through 12 and the quick MFD reference sheet. To my surprise, they where not there, I checked back to see if part two was out an any way shape or form, to my disappointment, it is not. hopefully that will change soon.
ReplyDeleteHi there, I'm trying to set up local game of this and wanted to know if you have any estimate on when part 2 of the latest version core rulebook will come out? I understand these things take time.
ReplyDeleteYa me and my group just finished our campaign (3 year ride this one) and we reeeeeeeally want that part 2 before we start the next. So please keep us in the loop!
DeletePart two of the rulebook would be a goddesses send, Any ETA on that? (I spent almost a month at the local library printing out part one... 50 pages a week... what am I supposed to do with that?!?) So I wana spend another month printing this out.... help me in my endeavor.
ReplyDeleteI wish there was some way members of the community could lend you a hand. I know it's more a matter of now having enough time than anything else, but seeing it finished would be amazing.
ReplyDeletehow do i get the game? i forget how i did it before
ReplyDeletehow do i get this game.
ReplyDeleteStarting a game of this up with friends. Thank you for all the hard work on this!
ReplyDeleteIve been playing this for over a year now and the amount of fun it has brought cannot be described in words, thankyou for making this, i only wish there was a way for the community to help finish this masterpiece.
ReplyDeleteWe just started the game on this... Can anyone tell me how much is mac as weight unit??? We found it nowhere.
ReplyDelete1 mac is roughly 1 KG based on my calculations and item comparisons with real life. There are some cases where it doesn't make a whole bunch of sense but it seems close enough.
DeletePlease come back and finish the book. We've been playing this since it first launched and we can't get enough. If you're too busy can My group and I adopt the project? I'm scared of the Deadtree system.
